Fiabacet is a chain of four small islands, located about 25 km Southeast of Misool Island. Its remote area has kept its natural beauty untouched. The rocky islet of Whale Rock has a distinctive whale shape when viewed from the south, hence its name. Most dives in Whale Rock are drift dives, you can drift along the gently sloping reef watching corals and sponges. Nudi Rock is filled with jagged limestone formations, and the site will be the best place to watch nudibranchs’ rhinophores, or horns, as you dive deep in the water, or see barracudas, giant trevally and reef sharks. Boo Window is also a magnificent dive site, famous for its underwater topography and incredible marine biodiversity. It offers large, dramatic windows and a swim-through carved into the reef. Boo West might not be as well-known as Boo Window, but it has some great walls and slopes. It stands out with the impressive canyon that you can swim across. The marine life in Boo West offers creatures such as triggerfish, fusiliers, sweet lips, batfish, green sea turtles, and even black-tip reef sharks.

Wayilbatan is famous for its seamounts and limestone outcroppings, which count among Raja’s finest and most diverse dive sites. Gorgonian Passage is famous for its beautiful underwater life, decorated by the vast collection of sea fans (gorgonian) and large corals. It is one of our favorite drift dive sites in the area. Four Kings is also beautiful with its steep, rocky outcrops and coral gardens. It is home to a large variety of soft corals, sponges, and sea fans, which provide shelter for countless creatures. In Barracuda Rock, you’ll be able to spot lots of schooling trevally, swimming side by side in the current. Countless large fish also often find shelter in the area, making it quite a sight for divers. As the vessel arrives in Misool, we’d go for a walk up the stairs toward the Love Lagoon viewpoint. From above, you’ll see a beautiful heart-shaped lagoon surrounded by karst islets with clear blue water, perfect for a photograph.

Farondi Rock gives you such a diverse underwater diving experience alongside so many creatures and teeming reefs. The last stop would be the beautiful jellyfish lake, where you can snorkel around thousands of stingless jellyfish that lost their stings from the lack of predators.
